JOB DESCRIPTION - CENTER MAINTENANCE CHAIRMAN

1. Arrange for any repairs needed for any appliances, heating, cooling and plumbing at the Bridge Center. Bills go to LBA Treasurer.

2. Maintain sufficient supply of coffee supplies in the kitchen drawers. Check frequently and replenish when supplies run low. More supplies are in the closet. Advise Center Supplies Chairman when reorder is necessary.

3. Check frequently and refill paper towel machines and toilet tissue machines and soap dispensers as necessary. Keep extra rolls under the sink in both bathrooms. Advise Center Supplies Chairman when reorder is necessary.

4. Ensure a box of tissues is always available on the Directors desk. Advise Center Supplies Chairman when reorder is necessary.

5. Put coffee cups and napkins out when supply runs low. Advise Center Supplies Chairman when reorder is necessary.

6. Replace the furnace filters at least once a month. Replace light bulbs as necessary. New furnace filters can be purchased at SWH on Bluegrass Parkway.

Alternate - I case of Sprite and 1 case of root beer or grape.

Minimum delivery is 10 cases. If overstocked, do not order that week, and supplement low supplies from Target or some other discount retail outlet.
