after being advised by the LBA Secretary that Memphis has sent notification of
LM status. LDE Design and Engraving, LLC located on New LaGrange Road , Scott

be verified.

Distribute all
awards for Sectional Tournaments. Scrip or money is given to overall winners of
events, or in the case of Stratified events, each strat. Six weeks prior to
tournament, work with LBA treasurer and determine amount of scrip or money to
be ordered for overall awards. (Ordered in $5 and $1 denominations) Prior to
tournament, put proper amount of scrip or money in an envelope and mark the
name of the event on the front. Have the winners sign the typewritten award
schedule that you prepared when they pick up their money or scrip. Keep the
signed award schedule with tournament records. We do not mail scrip or money to
those who do not pick up their awards at tournament. A Unit survey of awards at

consistent with our Unit. This decision could be overturned at a later date.
