JOB DESCRIPTION - CONDUCT & ETHICS CHAIRMAN

1. Handle all matters concerning breaches of ACBL/LBA Conduct and Ethics according to ACBL procedures as provided for in the ACBL Code of Ethics *Handbook. Handle all correspondence dealing with these matters. The LBA Secretary may be utilized for this purpose.

2. Perform these functions at all LBA unit sectional and regional levels.

3. For Regional purposes only, a list of at least 12 possible members should be submitted to the director in charge. If at all possible, two-thirds of this list should be members from outside Unit 117.

4. Oversee the conduct of the directors.
