CONCESSION CHAIRPERSON – JOB DESCRIPTION

WEEKLY:

Stock coke machine.

Remove money from coffee collection box and bills from coke machine. Keep monies separate. Store in locked concessions locker.

MONTHLY:

Deposit money. Include all excess coke machine coins. Indicate coke and coffee amounts on bank deposit slip and put slip in LBA Treasurer’s locked locker. Keep a record of deposits and coke/coffee breakdown.

Order coke products monthly or as needed. Minimum order is 21 cases. Current delivery day is Monday. Communicate center’s open hours when placing order.

May supplement low supplies from local retail outlet if needed.

Keep a record of number of cases ordered and cost.
